Beverly Roney
Fluid Artist
Beverly Roney is a new Canadian Fluid Artist, born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario and she currently resides on her rural property in Cramahe. She retired from the RCAF (Royal Canadian Airforce) in 2014, after a 31 year career in Air Traffic Control and Aerospace Control Operations. She splits her time now between her home and family cottage on Haliburton Lake.
Bev began her journey into fluid Art during the world-wide COVID pandemic after discovering the captivating world of Fluid Art online. When not walking her two adorable French Bulldogs (Barkley & Brielle), riding her motorcycle (which is blinged out in Swarovski Crystals), maintaining her gardens and property, enjoying the local culture & events in the area and spending time with family at the cottage, she devotes her time creating beautiful and colourful acrylic and mixed media artwork in her home based studio Bling & Things Fluid Art.
Bev takes her creative inspiration from the beauty of nature, love of colour, interesting life experiences and an insatiable desire to learn and create beautiful things that sparkle and shine. She hopes with all her heart and soul that her artwork brings joy, wonder and inspiration to others to pursue their own creativity in whatever art form takes their fancy.
Bev is also a member of the Brighton Art & Culture Council and Arts Quinte West.
