Alan Langford
Alan Langford is a neurodivergent nerd with far too many interests. The short list includes writing, drawing, fused glass, photography, 3D printing, architecture, and software development. There is insufficient time for the long list.
Unfortunately, this lack of focus makes for a short list of public accomplishments, but he’s had fun doing it—provided you count coming close to defenstrating multiple computers over a half century as fun1.
As of late 2026, his primary interest is writing. He has been working on his first novel, a cyberpunk thriller, for longer than he cares to admit and hopes this sentence has been replaced with a release announcement by late 2027. In the meantime he posts the occasional short story for his newsletter subscribers.
Alan is a past President of Spirit of the Hills, manages membership for the group, helps with communications and the Visual Arts Committee, has presented to the SOTH Writers Group, and is SOTH webmaster. You probably thought he was kidding about the long list.
